This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by the House of Moxa via the website located at https://houseofmoxa.com.au.

  1. What is personal information?

(a) The Privacy Act (1988) currently defines “personal information” as information or an opinion about an identified individual or an individual who is reasonably identifiable:

(i) whether the information or opinion is true or not; and

(ii)  whether the information or opinion is recorded in a material form or not.

(b) If the information does not disclose your identity or enable your identity to be ascertained, it will in most cases not be classified as “personal information” and will not be subject to this privacy policy.

 

  1. What information do we collect?

The kind of personal information we collect from you will depend on how you use the website. The personal information that we collect and hold about you may include: login credentials, name, address, phone number, and email address to enable us to send information or process your product order. We may also collect additional information at other times, including but not limited to, when you provide feedback, change your content or email preferences, respond to a survey, or communicate with House of Moxa.

Credit card information is not stored by us on our servers.

 

  1. How we collect your personal information & Cookies

(a) We may collect personal information from you whenever you input such personally identifiable information into the website, such as when you complete an order, post questions and comments about us and our products and services on the website, and subscribe to e-newsletters.
